Welcome to Kashmir Craft. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
General
Kashmir Craft is a seller of authentic, handpicked Kashmiri products including saffron, honey, shilajit, dry fruits, spices, teas, handmade soaps, perfumes, and related artisanal goods. All purchases made through our website are subject to the terms set forth herein. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Kashmir Craft reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts for users who do not meet this requirement or who provide false information regarding their age or identity.
Product Information & Authenticity
We take immense pride in the authenticity and quality of every product we offer. All our goods are sourced directly from trusted artisans, farmers, and producers across Jammu & Kashmir. We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and ingredient information on our website. However, minor variations in colour, texture, aroma, or appearance may occur due to the natural and handmade origin of our products — these are characteristics of genuine craft and not defects.
Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways. Kashmir Craft does not store your card or payment credentials.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- In the event of a cancelled order where payment has already been received, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
GST & Taxation
Kashmir Craft complies with all applicable tax laws under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework of India. All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST where applicable. A tax invoice will be provided with every order for your records.
Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local levies that may apply to orders shipped outside India.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery timelines vary by location and courier partner. A tracking number will be shared wherever available once your order is dispatched.

- Kashmir Craft is not liable for delays once a package has been handed over to the courier.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by remote locations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the rare event of a lost shipment, please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable, consumable, and hygienic nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. However, we will gladly resolve the following situations if reported within 3 days of delivery:
- Product arrived damaged or broken during transit
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is significantly different from its description
To raise a concern, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at 9055522202.
- Cancellations requested before dispatch will be fully refunded.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
- For COD orders cancelled after dispatch, the return-to-origin shipping cost may be borne by the customer.

Several products offered by Kashmir Craft — including shilajit, saffron, herbal teas, honey, and spices — are natural products with traditional wellness associations. The information provided on our website is for general informational and cultural purposes only.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, photography, text, descriptions, branding, logos, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kashmir Craft and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law. Force Majeure
Kashmir Craft shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, government restrictions, internet or power outages, civil unrest, strikes, or disruptions specific to the Jammu & Kashmir region. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and fulfil pending orders as soon as conditions permit.
Dispute Resolution
We value every customer relationship and encourage resolution of any concerns through open communication before pursuing formal action. If you have a grievance, please contact us directly — we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and fairly.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
