All orders arrive in fully sealed, protective packaging so your goods reach you in perfect condition.

Payment Mode
Absolutely. All card and net banking transactions are processed over a fully secure, encrypted connection. We have partnered with Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway — to ensure every transaction is 100% safe.
There are absolutely no hidden charges. What you see on the product page is exactly what you pay — nothing more.
If a payment fails, please retry after verifying your account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking) — and ensure your internet connection is stable.

No, COD comes at no extra cost. However, promo code discounts are only applicable on prepaid orders. Please note that COD is available within India only.
Shipping & Tracking
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
We ship pre-order items on the date stated in the product description. In rare cases of unexpected demand surges, there may be a short delay — but our customer experience team will always keep you updated.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹300 across India. International orders incur delivery charges based on the destination and our courier partner's current rates.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send your Tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use it on our Track Order page or contact customer support for a live update.
For prepaid orders: if our courier partner is unable to deliver and returns the product, we will initiate a full refund as soon as we receive the item back at our warehouse.
Tracking information is shared with you within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding public holidays).
It can take up to 48 hours for our courier partner to update your order's real-time status in their system. If you need immediate assistance, please contact our customer support team directly.
Return Policy
You may return your order within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
You must record a clear, uncut video while opening the package for the first time and share it with our support team. Without this, we cannot process replacements or refunds.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and with all tags intact, within 7 days of delivery.
Disliking a product that matches its description and photos does not qualify for a return or refund.
For wrong items received, email photos to [email protected] — we'll resolve it promptly.
Please pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit. All items must be unused, with original tags attached and packaging intact.
Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of the product being received at our warehouse.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes! We offer COD on almost all our products with no extra charges. Please note this option is available for orders within India only.
No additional charges for COD. However, promo code discounts are only applicable on prepaid orders, and COD is only available within India.
Yes, you can cancel your COD order within 24 hours of confirmation. Contact our customer support team and they'll assist you promptly.
If the product you received doesn't match its listed description, you're entitled to a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
