Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. For international shipping enquiries, please visit our International Shipping page. If your delivery area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after your order is placed.

Note: The courier partner may be selected at our discretion based on your location and product type. If you prefer a specific courier, please reach out before placing your order.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch. Timelines may vary due to your location, postal conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote or difficult-to-access pin codes may experience longer delivery windows. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us (Return to Origin / RTO). Re-shipping charges will apply and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. The Kashmir Craft shall not be liable for non-delivery arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date in case of loss) with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable.

We will investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution — replacement, re-shipment, or refund — subject to stock availability and our discretion.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from shipping shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
