My orders
To place your order, follow these steps :
>> Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the required quantity, if applicable.
>> Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button to add the required product to your cart or click Buy now to quickly checkout with this product
>> After you have added all the products you wish to order to your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order by clicking on ‘Checkout’.
>> Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method. You can now Place your order either via whatsapp or email.
>> Once your order is placed, our customer support would take you through the payment process and confirm your order.
>> Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation call/message with details of your order.
>> You’ll receive another message once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive! We also share your tracking ID with you so that you don't miss the delivery and keep track of your order
>> We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on where you live.
>> All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.

Payment mode
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We have partenered with Razorpay, India's most trusted payment gateway to make transactions 100% secure.
There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.
In case there is a failure of payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at kashmircraft24@gmail.com
No, we do not charge anything extra for a COD order. However promo codes for discounts can only be applied for prepaid orders.Please also note that COD is only applicable for orders within India
Shipping and Tracking
Orders once shipped, are typically delivered in 4-7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (inclding but not limited to; public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)..
We ship pre-order products on the date given in the product description, as far as possible. However, there may be a slight delay in shipping in case of an unforeseen surge in demand or any similar issue. Rest assured, our customer experience team will keep you updated on the status of your order.
At Kashmir Craft we offer FREE shipping for all orders over Rs 300 (Across India). All orders from outside India will incur delivery charges depending on customer's address and existing rates of international courier partners.
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and the tracking ID for the same has been shared with you. An email and SMS will be sent with a link to track your order. You can also track your order from 'Track Order' section on our website or app
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as soon as the product is returned by the courier partner
Return policy
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been used. Misdeliveres products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a wrong* product, send us some images at kashmircraft24@gmail.com and we will get back to you with a resolution. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account.
Eligibility criteria
1) You need to record a small video while opening the package for the first time. The video has to be clear and uncut. Without you sending the video to our support team, we would not be able to process any replacements or refunds.
2) You must return your product within 7 days of the product being delivered. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in unused condition.
3) The fact that you don't like the product even though it is the exact same as shown in pictures/videos will not be eligible for replacements/refunds.
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Refund is initiated within 2 wirking days of receiving the product at the warehouse.
COD Process
Yes, we offer COD on almost all our products. With no additional charges for COD you can shop carefree at Kashmir Craft. Please note that COD is only available for orders from within India.

Yes, you can cancel your COD within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please feel free to get in touch with customer support for any further information on order cancellation.
In case the product you received does not match with the description associated with it, you are entitled to a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.
Tracking ID
Tracking related information is made available to you 48 hours post order confirmation. Please note that public holidays are not included.
To track your order simplt go th track order page fill in your tracking ID to check the status of your order. You can also contact our customer support to update you about the same.
Please note that it can take upto 48 hours for our courier partner to update realtime status of your order in their system. For any queries or assistance, feel free to speak with our customer support.
