Return & Refund Policy
Every item at The Kashmir Craft is carefully crafted and packed. But in rare cases where issues arise during transit, we have a transparent return policy:
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
Not Returnable
- Returns for change of mind or personal preferences are not accepted.
- Customer must arrange and pay for return shipping where approved.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your Order ID, product photos/videos, and a description of the issue.
- We will respond with return instructions if your request is approved.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
