The minimum international order value is $50 USD. Orders below this will not be processed.
⏱️ Delivery Timeline
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time: up to 20 working days depending on your country and customs clearance.
- Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

🔁 International Return Policy
Every item at The Kashmir Craft is carefully crafted and packed. But in rare cases where issues arise during transit, we’ve created a transparent return policy:
📌 Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
🚫 Not Returnable
- Returns for change of mind or personal preferences are not accepted.
- Customer must arrange and pay for return shipping where approved.
📤 How to Initiate

- Include Order ID, product photos/videos, and a description of the issue.
- We will respond with return instructions if approved.
💳 Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
