Return & Refund Policy – Kashmir Craft
At Kashmir Craft, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality Kashmiri products including saffron, dry fruits, spices, shilajit, ghee, and handmade wellness goods. Here's our clear and fair return policy:
1. Return Eligibility (Domestic Orders)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective on arrival.
- Wrong product delivered or not as described.
- Product is expired or close to expiry when received.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or preference.
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Perishable items like saffron, honey, ghee, and oils once opened.
- Handmade soaps, perfumes once unsealed or used.
2. Return Request Period
All return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Email us at kashmircraft24@gmail.com or call +91-9055522202 with your order number and supporting photos/videos if applicable.
3. Return Process
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Pack the item securely (preferably in original packaging) and ship it back as instructed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the error is ours (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping.
- Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items, within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a return if eligible and place a new order.
7. International Shipping Returns
We ship worldwide and value our international customers. Please note:
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Perishable/opened goods are non-returnable after customs clearance.
- We may offer partial refunds or replacements depending on feasibility.
- Customs duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping (if applicable) is paid by customer unless it’s our error.
