Return Eligibility — Domestic Orders
- Product is damaged or defective on arrival
- Wrong product delivered or not as described
- Product is expired or close to expiry when received
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Perishables like saffron, honey, ghee & oils once opened
- Handmade soaps or perfumes once unsealed or used
Return Request Period
All return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and supporting photos or video evidence where applicable.

Return Process
Raise a Return Request
Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
Request Review & Approval
Our team reviews your request and shares a decision within 24–48 hours along with return instructions if approved.
Pack & Ship the Item
Pack the item securely — preferably in its original packaging — and ship it back as instructed by our team.
Refund Processed
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund is issued within 7–10 business days.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item and are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, please request a refund and place a fresh order for the desired item.
International Shipping Returns
We ship worldwide and value every international customer. Please note the following:
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Perishable or opened goods are non-returnable after customs clearance
- We may offer partial refunds or replacements subject to feasibility
- Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable
