Replacement & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers have the option to cancel their orders until they have been shipped. However, once an order reaches the 'processed' state, it becomes ineligible for cancellation. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible. We keep our customers informed about their order status throughout.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the stipulated time (10 days, not including public holidays)
  • The product does not match the description or images. Note: slight differences due to lighting are not considered. Pictures of packages shown on the website are for aesthetic purposes only — dispatched packages may differ in appearance, though product quality remains exactly as described.
  • You receive a product that does not match the website description, or a wrong product.
  • You must send the product back within 24 hours of delivery and provide a copy of the courier slip. Courier charges are reimbursed accordingly.
  • You receive a defective or damaged product — a parcel opening video is required for replacement.

We do not issue refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video has been recorded by the customer.
  • Order delivery fails due to factors within your control (e.g., wrong shipping address, not receiving the product on delivery).
  • Order is not delivered within the stipulated time due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, courier limitations, government policies).
