Order cancellation
Customers have the option to cancel their orders until they have been shipped.
However, once an order reaches the ‘processed’ state, it becomes ineligible for cancellation. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we keep our customers informed about their order status.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the stipulated time (10 days not including public holidays)
- If the product does not match with the description or does not look as it did in the images (Slight difference due to lighting are not considered.) Please also note that pictures of packages and bottles shown on the website are for asthetic purposes only. Packages dispatched are of different apperarance however product quality is exactly as described.
- You receive any product that does not match with the description given on the website or you receive a wrong product.
- You need to send the product back to us on your own within 24 hours of delivery and provide a copy of the courier slip. (courier charges are reimbursed accordingly)
- You Receive a defective/damaged product (Must have Parcel Opening Video for replacement)
We do not issue refund/return in the following cases:
- No unboxing video for the product has been recorded by the customer.
- Your order delivery fails due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, not receiving the product on delivery, etc)
- Your order is not delivered within the stipulated time due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather conditions, Courier limitations, Government policies, etc).

Important Note (Please read Carefully):
👉🏻 Our policy does not allow for exchanges, returns, or refunds based solely on personal dislike. While we strive to provide the best service, individual tastes and preferences vary. Disliking a product alone does not qualify it for a refund or replacement.
👉🏻If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect product, we require a 360-degree unboxing video. In the video, please ensure that the issue with the product is clearly visible without any pauses or cuts. Remember to report this within 24 hours of receiving your order.
👉🏻If you receive tracking information, kindly stay vigilant and track your package. If your product has not been delivered within 7 days or if the tracking details are not available online, please report it promptly. After this 7-day window, we won’t be able to address any complaints.
👉🏻 Slight color variations due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings will not be considered as eligible reasons for claiming any returns or replacements.
